At Crazy Cartz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms under which products purchased from our WooCommerce website can be returned, replaced, or refunded.
1.Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Clearance sale or discounted products (unless damaged)
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID, product images/videos, and reason for return
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days
Approved returns will be picked up or must be shipped back as instructed by our support team.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement:
- Replacements are subject to product availability
- Replacement products will be shipped within 5–7 business days after approval
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us for further assistance
